Business Potential Review

Unlock opportunities within your business

From £695

An independent perspective on how your business could work harder, it's not about finding fault it is about identifying growth areas.

I begin by understanding your business, your aspirations, your customers and where you would like to go. I then spend time within your environment, looking at the business as a whole and considering how your space, product, presentation and customer experience work together. The review is designed to identify opportunities that may be overlooked from small, simple improvements to bigger strategic changes.

I will consider:

  • How effectively your environment supports your business

  • The flow, functionality and utilisation of your space

  • How your environment and product reflect your brand and positioning

  • First impressions and overall perception

  • Product presentation and customer engagement

  • Ways to attract your desired customers

  • How to encourage footfall, repeat business and loyalty

  • Areas where relatively small changes could make a significant difference

  • Untapped opportunities for future development

What's included:

  • Initial consultation to understand your business and objectives

  • On-site review of your business environment

  • Independent assessment and observations

  • Consideration of space, product, presentation and customer experience

  • Practical recommendations and opportunities for improvement

  • Follow-up discussion

Space & Flow Review

From £495

A space should work as well as it looks.

My approach to spatial design focuses on how people actually use a space, how they move through it, how it functions, and how it makes them feel. Rather than focusing primarily on decoration and soft furnishings, I look at the bigger picture of flow, functionality and potential.

Whether you're considering changes to your home or looking at a commercial environment, I can help you explore the possibilities before committing to a larger design project.

The review can consider:

  • How the space is currently used

  • Movement and circulation

  • Functionality and flow

  • Under-used or problematic areas

  • Accessibility and inclusivity

  • Opportunities to improve the experience of the space

  • Ideas for remodelling or reconfiguration

  • Priorities for future investment

For homes, this could mean helping you understand what might be possible before embarking on a remodel. For businesses, it can reveal how the environment could work harder for both customers and staff. Good design isn't simply about how a space looks, it's about how well it works.

Customer Experience Review

See your business through your customer's eyes

From £795

What you believe you deliver and what your customer actually experiences can sometimes be very different. The Customer Experience Review is designed to uncover that difference.

Rather than reviewing your business from a management perspective, I experience it as your customer or guest. Depending on your requirements, this can be undertaken as a secret shopper, hospitality guest or general customer experience which might not be so covert!

I look at the complete journey, from the first impression through to the service you receive, the environment you enter, the product you encounter and, ultimately, how the experience makes you feel.

I will consider:

  • First impressions and arrival

  • The ease and flow of the customer journey

  • Environment, atmosphere and presentation

  • Staff interaction and customer service

  • Communication and product knowledge

  • Product presentation and engagement

  • Waiting times and key customer touchpoints

  • Whether expectations are met or exceeded

  • How the experience makes the customer feel

  • The overall impression and likelihood of returning or recommending

What's included:

  • An agreed anonymous customer or guest experience if required

  • First-hand assessment of the complete customer journey

  • Detailed observations from the customer's perspective

  • Identification of gaps between expectation and reality

  • Constructive feedback

  • Practical recommendations for improvement

  • Follow-up discussion

The purpose isn't simply to report what happened. It's to understand how the experience actually felt and where thoughtful changes could make a meaningful difference because sometimes the best way to understand your customer experience is to become the customer.
