Shipping Policy

Shipping is subject to price of product and your location. We ship both nationally and internationally and where possible try and go for a fully tracked service.

Depending on purchase price and your location this can range from £2.95-£9.95

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are fully refundable within 28 days from receipt on the basis that they are not used in any way and retain any original labels. They must be well packaged and ideally in their original packaging to ensure a safe delivery back to the studio.

Any returns arriving back to the studio damaged due to carriers or inadequate packing will be the responsibility of the customer not Karen Buswell Design Ltd.

Please contact us to obtain studio address to allow for any returns. Credits will be issued by our payment partners in accordance with their terms and conditions.
