Customer Care

We care greatly about our customers and their experience with any of our products. All items have been made with hours of dedication and attention to detail. We'd love to hear from you and see photographs of any adventures that our bags have had, be it a holiday, a wedding or just a fun day out! Please post any photos on your social media streams and tag us in.

 

If, however you are less than satisfied or have any complaints please do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone or email as we'd like to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Any damage to newly arrived products must be photographed immediately along with the packaging so that we can ascertain what has happened and how best to solve the issue quickly.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy and security are taken very seriously, so we ensure that all of your personal information collected is treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in the UK.  

Data Collection

Please see below what data is collected and how it is used:

  • Your contact details – required to fulfil purchases e.g. name, address, telephone number and email addresses.

  • Your purchase information e.g. credit card details – exclusively processed by our payment partner Wix and PayPal (Terms & Conditions 'Security Policy') No electronic payment details are held by Karen Buswell Design Ltd.

  • We may sometimes contact you on receipt of your order to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

  • We will only send out mail shot information to those people who have signed up for the service.

Third Party

We will never sell your personal information on to third parties, but we do share customer information with third parties to fulfil orders:

  • Courier Service in order to fulfil purchase deliveries.

  • Wix and PayPal to process and authorise card payments, completing orders securely.
